Pricing questions
Do you offer payment plans?
For website projects, yes. The standard split is 50% to start and 50% at launch; on builds above $5,000 we can split the balance across the build months instead. Retainers are billed monthly in advance and there is no setup fee.
What's not included?
Third-party costs are billed at cost and never marked up: domain registration, hosting beyond a Vercel free tier, stock photography, premium fonts, CRM and scheduling subscriptions, and paid ad spend. We tell you the expected total before the project starts.
Can we start small?
Yes. A common path is the Launch package for the website, then a single retainer — usually AEO at $795/month — once the site is live and measurable. You can add SEO or GEO later without renegotiating the build, and nothing about starting small locks you out of scaling up.
What happens if we want to pause a retainer?
After the initial three months, give 30 days' notice and we stop billing. You keep every deliverable produced to that point: content, schema, dashboards, and documentation, all handed over cleanly. There is no exit fee and no clause that holds your accounts or data hostage.
