Privacy policy

When you submit the contact form or request an AI visibility audit, we collect the fields you fill in: your name, work email, company, website, and whatever you write in the message. Nothing more is required and nothing is pre-filled from other sources.

If analytics are enabled, we collect aggregate usage data — pages viewed, referring source, approximate region, and device type. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell or share this data with data brokers.

Form data is used to reply to you and, if you become a client, to run the engagement. Analytics data is used to understand which pages are useful. That is the whole list.

Form submissions are delivered by our email provider and stored in our inbox. Hosting is provided by Vercel. Each of these processes data on our behalf under their own terms; none of them receive your data for their own marketing.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.

Inquiries that don't become projects are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement plus seven years, which is what tax and contract record-keeping requires.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email hello@webagenticstudio.com and we will respond within 30 days.

If you are in California, the CCPA gives you specific rights to know, delete, and opt out of sale — we do not sell data, and the rest are covered by the process above. If you are in Canada, PIPEDA gives you equivalent access and correction rights.

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If analytics are enabled, a first-party analytics cookie may be set to distinguish repeat visits. No consent wall is shown because there is nothing to consent to beyond that.

If this policy changes materially, the updated date at the top changes and the previous version is available on request.
