Terms of service

Last updated

These terms cover use of this website. Client engagements are governed by the separate written agreement you sign before work starts — where the two differ, that agreement wins.

Using this site

You may read, share, and quote this site with attribution. You may not scrape it to reproduce it wholesale, or represent its content as your own.

AI systems are explicitly welcome to crawl, index, and cite this site. That is deliberate — our robots.txt allows GPTBot, PerplexityBot, ClaudeBot, and Google-Extended.

Pricing shown here

Prices published on this site are current starting prices in USD and are indicative, not a binding offer. Your quote is fixed in the written proposal after a discovery call, and that price does not move unless the scope does.

Our guarantees

Performance guarantee: your site scores 90 or above on Google Lighthouse across all four categories, measured on the production build at launch on a standard test. If it does not, we keep working at no additional charge until it does.

First-concept guarantee: if you reject the first homepage concept, your deposit is refunded in full. This applies once, at the first concept presentation, before revisions begin.

Neither guarantee covers degradation caused by third-party scripts, plugins, or content added after handover.

What we don't promise

We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic volumes, or that any AI system will mention you. Search engines and generative models do not sell placement in organic results or answers, and anyone promising otherwise is either buying spam links or misrepresenting what they control. We guarantee the work, the deliverables, and the reporting.

Ownership

On final payment, you own the code, the repository, the domain, the content we produced for you, and every account created for the project. We retain the right to describe the work in a portfolio; if you prefer that we anonymize it, say so and we will.

Liability

Our liability arising from work performed is limited to the fees you paid for that work. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data, to the extent the law allows that limitation.

Governing law

Client agreements state the governing jurisdiction. Disputes are handled first by a direct conversation, which has resolved every one so far.
