Accessibility statement
Last updated
We build to WCAG 2.1 Level AA, and we hold this site to the same standard we sell. This statement says what that means concretely and how to tell us when we fall short.
What we target
WCAG 2.1 Level AA. In the United States this is the standard courts have consistently referenced under the ADA; in Ontario it is what the AODA requires for public-facing sites. Every site we build is tested against it before launch, and so is this one.
What that means on this site
Text meets AA contrast ratios against its background. Every interactive control is reachable and operable by keyboard, with a visible focus ring. Headings follow a real hierarchy rather than being chosen for size. Form fields have persistent labels, not placeholder-only labels. Images carry alt text, and decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers.
All motion respects the operating system's reduce-motion setting. Turn it on and animation is replaced with a static render — nothing moves, and nothing is lost.
Content is server-rendered, so it is present in the HTML before any JavaScript runs. FAQ answers use native disclosure elements rather than a scripted accordion, which keeps them readable to assistive technology and to retrieval systems alike.
Known limitations
Third-party embeds — a scheduler, for example — are not fully under our control. Where an embed fails an accessibility check, we provide an equivalent route: on the contact page, the message form does everything the booking widget does.
Tell us
If something on this site is hard to use with a screen reader, keyboard, magnifier, or any other assistive technology, email hello@webagenticstudio.com with the page and what happened. We treat accessibility defects as bugs, not feature requests, and we will confirm receipt within one business day.
